I have been wanting to make these for a while, so decided to make my very first version of Greek tzatziki lamb burgers with some incredible ingredients. Essentially I started with 2lbs of ground lamb from @porteroad and mixed with 2 tbs of worchester sauce, 1 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tbs of hot sauce and 2 tbs of teriyaki sauce. Then made patties and seasoned each side with Greek seasoning.
Next I cooked up center cut bacon on the iron skillet then placed the lamb burgers on skillet immediately after cooking the bacon, getting burgers crispy on each side until reaching 160 internal temp. I then topped with smoke Gouda cheese and included red onion, sliced cucumber, red bell pepper and black olives with tzatziki sauce and served with sweet potato fries with smack sauce
