I have been wanting to make these for a while, so decided to make my very first version of Greek tzatziki lamb burgers with some incredible ingredients. Essentially I started with 2lbs of ground lamb from @porteroad and mixed with 2 tbs of worchester sauce, 1 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tbs of hot sauce and 2 tbs of teriyaki sauce. Then made patties and seasoned each side with Greek seasoning.
Next I cooked up center cut bacon on the iron skillet then placed the lamb burgers on skillet immediately after cooking the bacon, getting burgers crispy on each side until reaching 160 internal temp. I then topped with smoke Gouda cheese and included red onion, sliced cucumber, red bell pepper and black olives with tzatziki sauce and served with sweet potato fries with smack sauce . ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴ Follow me @bluetravelz 🌊🏄 ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴

a medium size prime angus brisket flat on sale and thought this would be a nice cook.I started with marinating in hot sauce and then coated with that @blackriverbbq back in black rub. So experts say the smoked ring is not important on rather brisket is good or not and while I don’t disagree with that sentiment, I still enjoy a nice smoke ring, especially on brisket. The @pitbarrel came through once again allowing me to smoke this brisket to perfection
Instructions were fairly straight forward, started pitbarrel waited for temp on PBC to reach around 280 then smoked brisket until is reach 165 internal temp then wrapped in foil with blend of beef broth, worchester sauce with hot sauce and placed back into pitbarrel until it reach internal temp of 205 but wobble and clean poke check was on point for this cook. So I also made some skillet cornbread with those amazing beef ribs the other day and below is how I put my spin on this skillet cornbread.
I cover @kochcookware skillet in butter before I started on the batter. I used two boxes of 8.5 jiffy corn muffin mix made separately, yes there is a reason.
I also add a half stick of butter sliced in smaller chunks that I distribute into both batter mixtures. As I finish pouring one batter into the skillet I gently pour 1/4 cup of real honey atop the batter mixture in before pouring in second batch.
I had to bake for about 32 minutes until golden brown, then I used soft butter to spread across while it cooled given it an even more buttery texture
